Role Description

• Design of industrial washing machines
• Design of material handling systems for industrial washing machines
• Preparation of GA drawings
• Preparation of concept drawings
• Detailed design in 3D & 2D software
• Preparation of bill of material
• Design calculations and selection of bought-out items like gearboxes, rollers, pumps, pneumatic cylinders, filtration systems, etc.
• Preparation of pneumatic circuit diagrams and liquid circuit diagrams
• Preparation of documents for DAP

Qualifications

• B.E. Mechanical
• Minimum 3 years experience in mechanical design of special purpose machines. Experience with industrial washing machines preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient with SolidEdge and AutoCAD
• Proficiency with robot simulation is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of bought-out items like gearboxes, rollers, pumps, pneumatic cylinders, filtration systems, etc.
