Job Summary

We are seeking a Design Engineer to design Good Class Bungalow (GCB).

Responsibilities

• Design civil and structural elements for Good Class Bungalow and landed house projects to meet client specifications and regulatory standards
• Prepare detailed engineering calculations, technical drawings, and submissions to secure project approvals from authorities
• Use AutoCAD and relevant design software to create accurate design documentation and plans
• Ensure all designs comply with Singapore's building codes and regulations
• Manage project tasks independently, demonstrating responsibility and proactive problem-solving
• Apply strong IT skills to support design and documentation processes efficiently
• Demonstrate passion and commitment to delivering high-end residential house designs that meet client expectations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working on bungalow or Good Class Bungalow projects, contributing to design and delivery excellence
