Job Description

Educational Background and Skills:

Preferably an engineering degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field

Responsibilities and Tasks

Model development:
Ramp model 3d design and development
Mainframe 3d design and development
Support frame 3d design and development
GRP 3d model design and development (surface modelling)
Main assembly creation
Interfaces 3D models
SAP-Support:
Bill of material (BOM) creation in SAP
Configuration management plan
Providing SAP support for the development team, including data record maintenance and corrections.
Technical Documentation and Quality Documents:
Creation of technical drawings in coordination with the lead engineer.
Support to RAMS team for hazard analysis, FMECA & FTA creation
Support to Lead engineer for DFMEA creation
Support to sourcing team and suppliers for technical queries
Bolting Calculation for the joint interface
Support to lead engineer for verification and validation plan creation

Support to project manager for gate reviews

Communication and Collaboration

Tools and Platforms: Reliable use of defined communication and collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, Outlook) for daily exchange and project management are mandatory.
Regular Meetings: Participation in stand-up meetings and project-related discussions, if involved
Reporting: daily updates on work progress and proactive communication of issues or delays.
