Job Description:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering

35 years of hands-on experience in Automotive Seating or Interior/Structural Components.

Strong command of CATIA V5/V6 (Part Design, Assembly Design, Drafting, Sheet Metal, Surfacing).

Good understanding of:

o Metal/static structural design (welded assemblies, stamping, tubing).

o GD&T, tolerances, and engineering drawing standards.

o Manufacturing processes: stamping, hydroforming, welding, laser cutting, etc.

Experience with OEM product development processes (gate reviews, change management).

Good communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
