Design & Delivery Lead - Architect

*Project Architect / Design & Delivery Lead*

*Location: Bangalore | Experience: 7–10 years | Full-time*

We're looking for a Project Architect / Technical Delivery Lead to become the technical backbone of our growing studio.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take projects from Design Development through GFC/IFC, consultant coordination and site execution, while mentoring a young architectural team.

What you'll do

*Drive architectural delivery from DD → GFC/IFC → Tender → Site → Handover*

Develop and review working drawings, details and technical packages

Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape and specialist consultants

Resolve technical and construction issues with contractors and site teams

Support tender documentation, BOQs, specifications and shop-drawing reviews

Establish drawing standards, QA processes and documentation workflows

Mentor junior architects and strengthen the studio's technical capability

Work closely with senior leadership to translate design intent into buildable solutions

What we're looking for

7–10 years of professional architectural experience

Strong working-drawing, detailing and GFC/IFC experience

Good understanding of construction and site execution

Strong consultant and contractor coordination skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM is an advantage

Ability to work independently, solve problems and take ownership

Someone who enjoys mentoring teams and building systems, not just producing drawings
