Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Design Coordinator (Faade) to manage design coordination, client meetings, and site execution support. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of faade systems and working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate faade design drawings with architects, structural consultants, and contractors.
• Attend client meetings and provide technical presentations/discussions
• Identify design and site challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Assist in mock-up approvals and technical clarifications.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely submissions.
• Ensure smooth coordination between design team in Mumbai and client/architect/site team at Ahmedabad.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in faade design coordination or execution.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of curtain wall systems, glazing, aluminium cladding, and faade detailing.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Mechanical Engineering.
