The project:
It is a large hospital in Ahmedabad.
Drives the implementation of design management systems, ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual obligations. Acts as a catalyst for change and business improvement, delivering value for clients while overseeing all stages of design management and coordinating seamlessly with construction, commercial, programme, and procurement teams.
