Job Description

Prepare electrical architecture in line with customer standards.
Develop electrical drawings for systems, including control panel and hardware design.
Select components such as PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, switchgears, and relays.
Perform calculations for electrical systems and prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials).
Create high-level flow charts per software architecture and sequence of operations.
Test design systems on the shop floor as required.
Work on local and international project sites.
Implement Fieldbus protocols like Ethernet TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet, and Serial Communication.
Generate schematic diagrams, signal line diagrams, and terminal details.
Work with traceability devices like RFID and hand scanners.
Operate PLCs, CNCs, HMIs, drives, and servo systems for concept validation.
Participate in technical meetings with customer project and controls teams to understand technical requirements and standards.
Review IMS processes, departmental procedures, OCP, risks, HIRA, and objectives.
Analyze non-achieved departmental performance and develop improvement action plans.
