Role Description
- Handle project leads through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Translate client requirements into suitable design concepts.
- Present creative design ideas and solutions to clients effectively.
- Coordinate project scope and expectations with internal design and execution teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential client segments.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategy.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and maintain proper documentation.
- 25 years of experience in interior/furniture/real estate sales with strong communication, negotiation
- Gujarati language proficiency preferred.
