Key responsibilities:
- Standalone Creatives- Produce high-impact creatives (e.g., social media ads, banners, email graphics, infographics) including all necessary adapts and format variations.
- Lead the design of complex interface (e.g., new application features, high-fidelity prototypes, or detailed dashboard UI/UX flows).
- Create engaging carousels for platforms like LinkedIn or Instagram, with a focus on storytelling or data visualization.
- Develop professional videos (3090 seconds) incorporating sophisticated motion graphics for explainer content.
- Strategic Input: Develop and present 12 strategic design concepts or frameworks monthly.
- Conduct competitive analysis and trend research to inform brand strategy.
- Mentor junior designers and elevate the team's overall design standards.
- Document best practices and maintain design system
Technical Proficiency
Adobe Creative Suite: Expert command of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
UI/UX Tools: Mastery of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Fundamentals: Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, and responsive design.
