Design Consultant

We're hiring a Graphic Design Consultant (D2C) who will interact with customers daily, understand their requirements, and suggest the most suitable design concepts and styles. This is a consultation-first role, focused on guiding customers rather than executing designs.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers on a daily basis to understand their design preferences and requirements

Recommend suitable design concepts, styles, and layouts aligned with customer needs

Advise customers on visually effective and aesthetically appealing design choices.

Collaborate with internal design teams to bring recommended ideas to life

Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing accurate and impactful design guidance

Requirements

Strong communication & customer-handling skills

Good understanding of design basics (colors, layouts, aesthetics)

Ability to suggest ideas, not just create designs

Experience in D2C / customer-facing roles is a plus

2–4 years of experience in wallpaper, surface, textile, or pattern design
