This role is for a visually driven storyteller with strong creative instincts and a distinct point of view on fashion. You should be someone who doesn't just execute briefs, but actively shapes how a brand looks, speaks, and shows up across platforms.
You will lead end-to-end content creation - from ideation and visual design to copy and storytelling - translating the nuances of fashion and styling into compelling, culturally relevant content.
What You'll OwnCreative Direction & Content Creation
- Conceptualise and execute high-quality, visually striking content across formats: reels, static posts, stories, videos, and ad campaigns.
- Bring a strong aesthetic sensibility - combining high fashion references with emerging/local brands.
- Independently manage the entire content pipeline: ideas → design → copy → execution.
- Create all brand-facing creatives including social media, emailers, WhatsApp, and on-ground pop-up/event collaterals.
- Develop thoughtful fashion narratives - styling-led storytelling, not just product-led content.
- Write sharp, intelligent, brand-aligned copy and captions with a clear tone of voice.
- Use design as well as storytelling to elevate everyday communication into something distinctive.
- Experiment with and integrate AI-led creative tools where relevant.
Social Media & Brand Presence
- Own the social media calendar end-to-end, ensuring consistency, quality, and evolution.
- Track trends, but filter them through a strong brand lens rather than blindly adopting them.
- Build a cohesive and elevated brand identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Analyse performance and refine content strategy based on insights (not just metrics, but creative learning).
- Manage community engagement in a way that reflects brand voice and intelligence.
- Run and optimise paid social campaigns where needed.
Brand Thinking & Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to shape campaigns, not just execute them.
- Contribute ideas proactively - from content series to campaign concepts.
- Collaborate with designers, stylists, and brand partners where relevant.
- Ensure all output adheres to and strengthens the brand's visual and verbal identity.

Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in social media and design, ideally in fashion and lifestyle.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both design quality and content thinking.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or equivalent tools.
- Strong writing skills - captions, narratives, and brand communication.
- Understanding of platform nuances (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Familiarity toward AI-led creative tools.
- Background in Design, Fashion, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
