Design Architect / Mid-Level Architect
Experience: 3–5 years; seniors also applicable (5- 10 years)

Talati & Partners Architects (TPA) is a multidisciplinary architectural practice with a strong portfolio of diverse and high-quality projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, master planning and mixed-use developments.
At TPA, architects get the opportunity to work on large-scale, design-driven projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary consultants, and be involved across various stages of architectural design and development.
We are currently looking for a Design Architect / Mid-Level Architect / Senior Architect with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our architectural design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate architectural designs from concept through design development and detailed documentation.
- Prepare and develop plans, elevations, sections, details and presentation drawings in accordance with project requirements.
- Work on master planning, high-rise residential developments, luxury residential projects, mixed-use developments and other large-scale projects.
- Coordinate architectural drawings and design intent with structural, MEP, landscape and other consultants.
- Review drawings and ensure design consistency, accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Assist in design development, material selection, façade studies and architectural detailing.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants and other project stakeholders to resolve design and technical issues.
- Participate in design discussions, coordination meetings and project reviews.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings and assigned project deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
- Support the team in developing 3D models, presentations, visualisations and design documentation as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognised institution.
- 3–5 years of professional architectural experience in a reputed architectural practice.
- Strong understanding of architectural design development, planning, detailing and construction documentation.
- Good knowledge of architectural coordination and multidisciplinary project workflows.
- Ability to understand design intent and translate concepts into technically coordinated drawings.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a design team and manage assigned deliverables independently.
Preferred Software Skills
Proficiency in the following software will be preferred:
- AutoCAD – Strong proficiency
- SketchUp – Strong proficiency
- Revit – Working knowledge/proficiency
- Lumion – Working knowledge/proficiency
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign.
