Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Design Architect role based in Mumbai. The Design Architect will develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs, prepare construction drawings, and coordinate design intent from early planning through execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with senior leaders and project teams, translating client requirements into functional and aesthetic solutions, and ensuring designs comply with local regulations and standards. The role involves participating in design reviews, managing design documentation, and working closely with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues and maintain design quality. The Design Architect will also contribute to design presentations, support interior design coordination as needed, and help maintain project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Passion for architecture, design and experimentation.
• Research oriented, well read and detail oriented designer
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and related technical documentation.
• Effective Communication skills for working with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or eligibility is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes in Mumbai or similar urban environments.
• Competence in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools, and presentation software). If Rhino & Grasshopper knowledge then its a bonus.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while maintaining design quality and attention to detail.
