Job Description
Royallinks is looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in HSR Layout, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing residential and commercial construction projects while ensuring quality, functionality, and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop concept designs, working drawings, and 3D presentations.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, site engineers, and contractors.
- Visit construction sites to ensure design accuracy and project progress.
- Ensure projects comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and design elements.
- Manage project timelines and assist in resolving design-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and deliver suitable design solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, layouts, and construction processes.
- Good understanding of building materials and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Experience in residential and commercial construction projects is preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants.
- Willingness to conduct site visits and supervise project execution when required.
