Design Architect

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Borivali. The Architect will contribute to landscape and architectural design projects from initial concept through detailed drawings, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design proposals, preparing plans and presentations, collaborating with project managers and consultants, and ensuring designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements. The role involves regular site visits, design reviews, and close collaboration with clients and colleagues to translate stories, needs, and constraints into built environments. The Architect will also support project scheduling, quality checks, and integration of technical solutions into overall design intent.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into coherent plans, drawings, and visual presentations.
• Experience with Project Management, including coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
• Knowledge of Integration and related coordination skills to align design solutions with structural, landscape, and technical systems.
• Familiarity with Software Development concepts and digital tools as they relate to design workflows, visualization, or integration with project platforms.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and comfort with digital collaboration tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a closely related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Borivali, engage in regular client and team interactions, and conduct site visits as required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to purposeful, context-sensitive design.
