Design Architect

KFC is looking for a motivated and experienced Design Professional to join our Business Development team.

What will you be doing

As a design professional, you will be responsible for -

Coordinating and working closely with our partners to help them develop world class designs for Stores.

Being the custodian of store designs develop designs for all upcoming stores.

Engaging with external design consultants to develop designs for Stores as per the template.

• Some knowledge of MEP services will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of latest Material pallets and BOQ's (bill of quantities)

Cross-functional coordination.

Visiting On going sites and conduct site feasibility if required.

Some site/construction experience.

We are looking for someone with a:

Ideally worked in a design consultants office (3-5 years of experience)

B.Arch. or Experienced Diploma Holder from a reputed college

Expert in AUTOCAD, photoshop, presentations

Communication and presentation skills

Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
