Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Architectural based in Bengaluru. We are seeking a skilled Architect to produce detailed and accurate technical drawings, blueprints, and plans used in architectural and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of building design, CAD software, and construction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Architectural Interior Design drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
- Work closely with architects and engineers to translate concepts into technical drawings.
- Modify and revise drawings as requested by architects or project managers.
- Ensure all plans comply with local codes, zoning laws, and building regulations.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants as needed.
- Maintain organized drawing files and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in developing 3D models, renderings, and presentations when required.
- Prepare Floor Plans and detailed furniture drawings
- Keep up to date with changes in design trends, construction methods, and CAD technologies.
Education:
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, Interior design or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Experience:
- 1-2+ years of experience in architectural drafting or similar role.
- Experience with residential, commercial,
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other architectural software.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and codes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and Interior design drawings.
