We specialise in design-led interiors with strong on-site execution, where design development, detailing, and construction are handled as one integrated process.
We work on a limited number of premium residential projects each year to maintain quality, depth of involvement, and execution precision.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Design & Site Coordinator who will work closely with the principal designer and execution team on premium residential projects.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Design coordination
- Working drawings
- On-site execution
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that design intent is translated accurately into built work on site.
This is a hands-on role involving daily site visits, vendor coordination, and drawing-based execution support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between design, site, vendors, and factories to ensure accurate execution
- Prepare and manage 2D working drawings for carpentry and jobwork
- Support design development and detailing under senior guidance
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor quality, dimensions, and alignment with drawings
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, false ceiling teams, and stone vendors
- Track progress, flag deviations, and support timely resolution of site issues
- Assist in material selection, mockups, and execution detailing
- Maintain basic documentation and site records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Architecture / Interior Design
- 13 years of experience in residential interiors or site execution
- Strong working knowledge of:
- AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Basic drawing reading and detailing
- Good understanding of:
- Carpentry and modular work
- False ceiling and lighting coordination
- Site measurements and execution tolerances
