Job Description
Perform heat load calculations using HAP or equivalent software
Design HVAC systems for cleanrooms, pharma, and industrial facilities
Prepare HVAC layouts, duct routing, equipment selection & BOQs
Execute quantity take-offs from drawings and tender documents
Prepare detailed cost estimations (material, labour, installation, T&C)
Float enquiries, evaluate vendor quotes & prepare comparative statements
Develop techno-commercial proposals for client submissions
Ensure compliance with ASHRAE / IS / GMP guidelines
Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Cleanroom & Project teams
Support project execution team with technical clarifications
