We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our Design & Development team in Mongla, Bangladesh.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in design development, sampling, and product development.
- Create and develop new styles based on trends, briefs, and customer requirements.
- Work closely with merchandising, production, and sampling teams.
- Prepare design details, specifications, and presentation materials.
- Follow up on samples and ensure design accuracy and quality.
Qualifications
- Graduate from NIFT or a similar fashion/design institute.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong design skills are welcome.
Required Skills
- Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is preferred.
- Willingness to work from Mongla, Bangladesh.
