Design and Detailed Engineering Lead

BlueDrop Enviro Pvt. Ltd. is an environmental organization dedicated to the innovative and sustainable treatment of wastewater. The company specializes in cost-efficient methods to convert grey and black water into reusable resources for fields, farms, and flush tanks. BlueDrop's expertise lies in Constructed Wetlands or Phytoremediation, leveraging natural processes like vegetation, substrates, and microorganisms to purify wastewater. Their technology effectively removes organic pollutants, nutrients, hazardous metals, and contaminants from water streams. Based on the type of wastewater, BlueDrop customizes sub-surface and surface flow wetland systems to ensure optimal purification and reuse.

This is a full-time on-site position based in Hyderabad for a Design & Detailed Engineering Lead. The role involves overseeing the design and engineering of wastewater treatment projects, creating detailed technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Design & Detailed Engineering Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, supervise the development of innovative solutions, and ensure the successful execution of technical plans from concept to completion.

• Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design
• Comprehensive knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles
• Expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and drafting tools
• Experience in Electrical Engineering related to wastewater treatment systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in wastewater treatment solutions is a plus
