This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design & Execution Lead based in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The Design & Execution Lead will oversee the conceptualization, development, and realization of innovative design projects. Responsibilities include managing a cohesive design vision, coordinating architectural and technical teams, collaborating with stakeholders to meet project goals, and ensuring high-quality execution. The role also includes supervising on-site operations, maintaining quality standards, and staying aligned with timelines and budgets.

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Space Design, including developing bespoke residential, commercial, or luxury spaces
• Project Management skills, with experience in timeline coordination, resource allocation, and budgeting
• Proficiency in Technology Integration, including advanced automation and smart systems implementation
• Experience with Interior Design and Lighting Design for high-end projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to manage and oversee site execution, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Familiarity with architectural software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or BIM platforms
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in overseeing high-end projects is preferred
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices will be considered a plus
