Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist role based in Gurgaon. The Dermatologist will provide comprehensive clinical care, including diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions such as acne, dermatitis, infections, and other dermatologic concerns. The role includes performing cosmetic dermatology procedures, advising on skincare regimens, and collaborating with injectors, plastic surgeons, and aestheticians to design integrated treatment plans. Daily responsibilities involve conducting patient consultations, documenting medical histories, interpreting diagnostic tests, and ensuring evidence-based, ethical care aligned with clinic protocols. The Dermatologist will also participate in patient education, contribute to continuous improvement of clinical standards, and support a high-quality, hospitality-driven patient experience.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage diverse dermatologic conditions.
• Expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology, including non-surgical aesthetic treatments and procedural skills.
• Demonstrated experience in managing acne and related skin concerns, with a patient-centered, evidence-based approach.
• Recognized medical qualification (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Dermatology (MD, DNB, or equivalent), and valid medical registration.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to ethical practice and patient safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a high-standard, hospitality-focused environment.
• Previous experience in an aesthetic, cosmetic, or wellness-focused clinic is an advantage.
