Role Description The Dermatologist will provide comprehensive clinical and cosmetic dermatology care to clients in an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting skin assessments, diagnosing and treating dermatologic conditions such as acne, pigmentation, and hair disorders, and performing aesthetic procedures aligned with clinic protocols. The role involves designing personalized treatment plans, counseling clients on skincare and lifestyle, and ensuring safe, evidence-based use of lasers, injectables, and other aesthetic technologies. The Dermatologist will collaborate with plastic surgeons and aesthetic physicians, maintain accurate medical records, and adhere to all clinical and safety standards. The position also includes participating in quality improvement initiatives and occasionally supporting client education, events, and digital content related to skin health and aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in clinical Medicine with a focus on skin health and patient-centered care.
• Expertise in Dermatology, including diagnosis and management of common and complex skin conditions.
• Advanced skills in Cosmetic Dermatology, including lasers, injectables, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
• Knowledge of Cosmetology principles and their application to aesthetic treatment planning.
• Experience managing Acne and related conditions, including scarring and post-inflammatory concerns.
• Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate specialization in Dermatology (MD/DNB or equivalent); valid medical license and registration.
• Prior experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetology clinic setting is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an inclusive, respectful approach to clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to ethical practice, infection control, and continuous learning in new aesthetic technologies and treatments.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage a high-end client experience in a luxury clinic setting.
