Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist role based at AvatarLuxe™ in Bengaluru. The Dermatologist will perform thorough skin assessments, diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatological conditions, and design evidence-based treatment plans for concerns such as acne, pigmentation, scarring, and hair-related issues. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, performing medical and cosmetic procedures, overseeing follow-up care, and maintaining detailed clinical documentation. The role involves collaborating with plastic surgeons and aesthetic physicians to deliver integrated aesthetic solutions and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. The Dermatologist will also help educate clients on skincare, preventive measures, and post-treatment care, while adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in clinical Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of skin conditions.
• Expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including non-surgical aesthetic procedures and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Clinical experience in managing Acne and related dermatological concerns using evidence-based protocols.
• Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with MD/DNB/PG Diploma in Dermatology or equivalent, and valid medical registration.
• Prior experience in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic, with proficiency in dermatoscopic examination and laser or energy-based devices preferred.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills, with a patient-centered approach and attention to ethical, non-discriminatory care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and clinical documentation.
