Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ETL processes.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks between source and target systems.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data verification and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with ETL developers and business teams to understand requirements and ensure accurate data migration.
- Conduct system integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing for ETL workflows.
- Document defects, track issues using tools such as JIRA/HP ALM, and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with audit and governance standards for data warehouse and BI systems.
- Support automation of ETL testing using scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.) or specialized tools (QuerySurge, Informatica DVO).
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline
