As a Deputy Vice President, Sales at Spocto, you'll have an exciting role, including:
- Own and deliver regional revenue target (Platform + AI EE and EN motion)
- Build and manage 24 Regional Managers in the zone
- Develop and maintain relationships with key BFSI accounts in the region
- Drive new business (NN) and cross-sell (EN) in the assigned territory
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with RMs; monthly reviews with Sales Head
- Lead regional demand-gen and client engagement initiatives
- Represent Spocto X at regional events and client meetings
- Ensure accurate CRM data and forecasting from the team
- Coordinate with Presales for demos, proposals and RFP responses
Requirements
- 10-12 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the BFSI / Fintech
- Strong regional network across banks and NBFCs
- Exposure to SaaS or AI-powered products a plus
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot)
- Strong commercial acumen
- Good network and relationship at CXO levels
