Role Accountability 1.Support in design and implementation of organizational rewards philosophy

  • Manage Job evalaution process
  • Responsible for Manpower planning & budgeting
  • Manage Org Structure & design
  • Design and ensure flawless implementation of increment framework- merit increase/promotion increase/salary correction etc
  • Manage end to end implementation of LTI & STI framework
  • Manage all HR documentation pertaining to board/NRC resolutions
  • Support in design, renewal and communication of HR policies
  • Liaison with HR consultants to gather market information around rewards linked practices
  • Implement salary benchmark surveys and design role/hiring ranges
  • Manage C&B operations, including VIC payouts, Compensation provisioning etc.
  • Manage timely onboarding, renewal and billing of all compensation vendors
  • Ensure and direct the department in resolving salary and other reimbursement related queries / concerns of employees on an ongoing basis

Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role) 1.Timely & accurate implementation of Increments

  • Timely & accurate implementation of LTI/STI programs
  • Timely & accurate implementation of compensation related HR Policies
  • Timely launch of salary benchmarking surveys
  • Initiatives undertaken to enhance the quality of compensation programs
  • Timely finalisation of pay ranges
  • Timely & accurate documentation of board/NRC resolutions
  • Planned vs actual headcount numbers and cost
  • Timely and accurate MIS/business reporting
  • Process adherence as per SOP
  • Implement errorfree manpower planning
  • Timely creation of Organization Structures

Technical Skills / Experience / Certification (If any) 1.Strong working knowledge of HR policies, processes & industry practices

  • Ability to objectively analyze current practices, identify improvement opportunities, create buy in and drive implementation
  • Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation and benefits, including emerging legislation
  • Understanding of Job Evaluation methodology(prefered)
