Job Description

Key Deliverables

  1. Implement and enforce food & beverage SOPs, ensuring quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Control food costs, minimize waste, and optimize labor usage to achieve financial targets.
  3. Manage daily operations, inventory, and reporting, ensuring smooth unit functioning.
  4. Lead employee engagement, training, and retention activities to maintain a productive team.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Oversee food quality, safety standards, and product availability at the unit.
  2. Achieve AOP by controlling costs, handling daily inventory, and ensuring proper GRN process.
  3. Coordinate brand and marketing activities for product launches and sales growth.
  4. Manage team training, employee engagement, and personal hygiene standards to ensure retention.
