Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with food & beverage SOPs, focusing on customer experience, food safety, and hygiene.
  2. Implement regular food testing and minimize dispatch-related errors.
  3. Monitor food cost, wastages, and ensure optimum labor use.
  4. Achieve financial targets and manage petty cash and utility payments.
  5. Lead and train team members, ensuring employee engagement and retention.

Key Deliverables:

  1. Achieving AOP and cost control targets, including food cost and wastages.
  2. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and restaurant rating.
  3. Conducting regular audits and quality checks on food safety and product availability.
  4. Successful execution of employee training and retention activities.
