Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the team and works closely with Team Lead to ensure HR TA processes are delivered in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with standard process flows and according to agreed service levels. Drives effective workforce management (cross-training, backlog management and mitigation). Acts as subject matter expert in the team and works on complex issues or cases which are escalated for resolution.
  • Identifies and initiates the implementation of best practices and process improvements to increase efficiency and drive productivity gains.
  • Together with the Team Lead and TA Delivery Manager, it leads internal control over HR TA transactions and quality controls.
  • Works with customers and stakeholders to improve understanding, cooperation and performance. Ensures a positive working relationship within the team and with external customers by measuring customer/ employee satisfaction and building on results.
  • Delivers HR TA support to the HR community, managers and employees, showing a customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a can do attitude.
  • Drives appropriate people management activities (working time planning, holiday planning, recruiting, motivation, development).

Your Background:

  • A bachelor's degree in any stream
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in HR Talent Acquisition in a global organization
  • Hands-on experience on end-to-end recruitment life cycle
  • Ability to manage a team size of 8 10 members
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Lean or Six sigma certification will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in teams, within deadlines and be process oriented.
  • Attention to details.
  • Showcase ownership behavior.

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Idea generation.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
