Role Description The Deputy Studio Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving the operational and creative performance of the studio. This role oversees day-to-day project execution across design, documentation, and BIM teams, ensuring quality, timeliness, response to proposals and adherence to client requirements and international standards. The Deputy Studio Head will plan and allocate resources, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, track budgets and timelines, and support decision-making for studio growth.

Responsibilities include mentoring team leads, enabling collaboration across disciplines, implementing best practices, and supporting marketing and business development initiatives as needed. The role also involves reporting on studio performance, identifying process improvements, and serving as a key point of contact for strategic client engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong people leadership capabilities, including Team Management and Team Leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with Budgeting and resource allocation to ensure projects meet financial and operational targets.
• Marketing awareness, with the ability to support studio visibility, client presentations, and collaboration with business development teams.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture is a must.
• Experience of 15+ years in the AEC/BIM environment, ideally with exposure to international standards and tools such as Revit, AutoCAD and have worked in similar industry.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with global clients and distributed teams.
