Deputy Site Head PMC

Job description:

• Leading & managing PMC services at site.
• Stakeholder management, Customer and Contractor Cooordination.
• Coordination with internal discpline lead.
• Responsible to supervise Construction, Erection, commissioning, PG testing, and handover.
• Monitor site activities with respect to the latest approved schedules, foresee the potential delays, critical paths and escalate timely with suggestions to avoid such pitfalls.
• Overviewing Site material management and site space management.
• Review and check construction procedures, practices and activities to ensure the compliance with standards, specifications, statutory requirements
• Should ensure proper planning and successful & timely completion of the work to meet the overall project schedule.
• Review of contractors deployment of tools & plants, modern / latest construction aids adequate trained, qualified and experienced supervisory staff and skilled personnel
• Verification of necessary certificates and licenses, permits & clearances required to carry out this work from the respective statutory/ local authorities are to be arranged by the contractor at his cost in time to ensure smooth progress of work

Hiring Locations : We are hiring for multiple project locations across India. The positions will be based at the respective project sites listed below:

1. Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar - Pirpaainti TPP (3 × 800 MW)
2. Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh - Anuppur TPP (3 × 800 MW)
3. Korba, Chhattisgarh - Korba Phase III TPP (2 × 800 MW)
4. Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh - Mirzapur TPP (2 × 800 MW)
5. Baran, Rajasthan - Kawai Phase II (2 × 800 MW)
6. Salkocha, Dhubri, Assam - Assam TPP (4 × 800 MW)
7. Raipur, Chhattisgarh - Raipur Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
8. Raigarh, Chhattisgarh - Raigarh Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
