Job Description
Main Essential task
- Review Sales Engineers with appropriate metrics
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
- Analyze and recommend price schedules and discount rates
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
- Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase - Solution Sales
- Direct clerical staff to keep records of export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections, and to maintain current information
- Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and recordkeeping, and in receiving and shipping
- Responsible for overall business strategy, go to market strategy, product mix, business volumes, supply chain, smooth operations, finance, profitability and growth.
- Directly acquire manage channel partners,key accounts projects;
- Achieve targeted sales volumes and market shares.
- Schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation methods in assistance with customers.
- Ensure compliance to all export objectives and design sales strategies according to customer requirement and collaborate with Business Head to prepare budget for projects
- Develop market penetration plan based on: Product range, Industries and areas.
- Coordinating and working with production, operations, supply chain, finance, design team for smooth order execution.
- Ensure smooth deliveries and customer satisfaction
Skills Required
- Candidates from Machine Tool Industry or Similar preferable.
- Proven track record selling complex industrial products
- Customer relationship management tool management - C4C
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship skills and good command over English
- Strong techno-commercial knowledge
- Good knowledge of international trading Incoterms.
- Has tangible achievements in past assignments
- Pleasant personality, easy going nature, good business acumen grip on numbers
- Team player and easily establish cordial relationships with internal and external people
- Leadership Abilities
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
- Digitally savvy and CRM experience (SAP C4C preferred)
- Sales Closures skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities
