Role Overview
As a Sales Specialist, you will represent thyssenkrupp Rothe Erde to our customers, driving growth and building lasting relationships. This role blends technical expertise with strategic sales skills to deliver exceptional value.
You will engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, requiring close collaboration with clients and internal teams to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
✔ Education: BE Mechanical (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
✔ Experience: Minimum 8 years in technical sales
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools is an advantage
