Responsibilities :-

  • The EPC/OEM Account Manager is responsible for leading NICPL's project sales pursuits in the

forementioned market segments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key EPC and OEM clients

  • Understand customer needs and align solutions to meet their requirements. Manage existing accounts, proactively identify opportunities, and drive business growth.

  • Generate new leads and convert them into successful deals. Achieve targeted sales and revenue goals.

  • Participate in tenders and bidding processes for projects. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share.

  • Negotiate contracts and terms with EPC and OEM clients. Ensure commercial aspects of projects are aligned with company objectives.

  • Provide regular updates to management on project status, revenue, and costs. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Leadership responsibilities for all internal and external project pursuit coordination. Internal leadership responsibilities will include managing all available resources within NICPL to be successful on assigned project sales. Resources to be used internally include nationwide and business unit sales, proposal resources, project execution personnel, executive management and local business partners.

  • Act as a liaison between the company and EPC as well as OEM clients

  • Effective utilization of SAP-CRM app tool for monitoring & report generation of all sales leads & periodic reporting into NICPL management.

  • The EPC_OEM Account Manager will act as the focal point for the development of relationships with defined EPCs and OEMs and engineering contractors involved.

  • This leadership role will have direct involvement throughout the project pursuit, proposal generation/submittal, contract negotiation and project execution.

  • Work collaboratively with Global Business Development team.

  • Provide qualitative intel on competition & competitor's activities.

  • The incumbent will apply a pre-defined project pursuit methodology including opportunity qualification and screening, sales team assignments, communications planning, sales strategy development, executive management involvement and reporting, proposal planning, competitive analysis, customer business analysis, risk analysis and mitigation, and pursuit success probability.

  • Marketing & Branding of all NIRMAL products, formulating the marketing & branding strategy, budgets, participation in trade fairs & exhibitions, guiding the product managers to develops effective application notes, guides & flyers.
