JOB TITLE : Deputy Relationship Manager-Fast Track Loan

GRADE : DM-II

DEPARTMENT : Micro Banking

LOCATION : Greater Noida

SUB-DEPARTMENT : TYPE OF POSITION : Full-time

  • ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE
  • Lead Generation – Conduct regular marketing and sales activities to generate leads from approved working areas.
  • Dealing with the Customers- Engage with the customers at the front end to ensure smooth conversions from lead stage to disbursement and also repayment, recovery and retention.
  • Monitoring On time Digital repayments made by customers assigned in Portfolio

  • Shall be expected to manage a portfolio of Rs.4 Cr. Progressively.
  • Managing a customer base UPTO 300 customers progressively.
  • Managing Digital Lending product across the catchment area as well TPP related to core Product
  • KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Business/ Financials.

  • Candidate should be able to deliver targeted business figures from the location of the branch. He/She is also responsible for building a quality portfolio without compromising on quality levels.
  • Achieve the set targets on Unsecured Digital loans in terms of open market acquisition and subsequent potential repeat customer conversion.
  • Coordinate with Product & Marketing department to carry out marketing drives at his/her assigned and catchment areas for unsecured loans
  • Maintain database of the prospects, meet select prospects and manage the relationship thereafter.
  • Achieve the set target of prospects in a day/week/month to generate leads and references for Our Product Loans.
  • Should be ready to travel extensively across the catchment area (<30 km) of the location to build the base of business.
  • Work with other shareholders to focus on cross selling unsecured loans to open market liability customers. (Cross sell other products of Ujjivan)
  • Share customer insights/product related feedback with respective team.
  • Provide inputs pertaining to revision of credit policies to the respective team on the basis of geography specific considerations

  • Customer (Both Internal & External)

    • Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner; provide prompt, efficient and accurate services and establish professional relationship with them, with a long-term perspective
    • Guarantee confidential treatment of all the information gathered from customers and demonstrate the highest order of integrity as per the code of conduct of the organization

    Internal Process

    • Carry out the pre and post-loan activities related to Unsecured Loans, Perform simple financial analysis, facilitate the customers loan applications to the independent sanctioning committee by adhering to the set TAT & prioritize the repayment of loans to preserve the portfolio quality
    • Visit the customer's business and home to do the assessment/evaluation, following the Product Policy procedures.
    • Coordinate with the credit department in case of identifying discrepancies or problems in customer's information, reports, etc. through Area Business Manager-MB.

    Innovation & Learning-

    • Maintain up to date knowledge of Unsecured Loan product as well as a working knowledge of other products offered with our relevant Product.
    • Inform the supervisor/reporting manager about the demand in his/her assigned branch catchment as well as on the competition on a regular basis.
    • Ensure adherence to training mandates/ mandatory training programs for self.
    • Should be updated with the latest trends in civic and local laws of the location of operation.
    • Ensure goal setting, mid-year review and performance appraisal processes are completed within specified timelines
    • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

    Educational

    Qualifications

    • Graduate, preferably in commerce and related streams

    Experience Range (Years and Core Experience Type)

    • Preferred experience of 2-4 years in banking, asset products sales of Unsecured Loan in an NBFC/ Bank/Fintech Company.
    • Mixed experience of Sales & Credit is acceptable, but should be predominantly in sales

    Certifications

    • Relevant certifications shall be an added advantage.

    Functional Skills

    • Knowledge of Unsecured loans/ Mortgage Loans
    • Sales and marketing skills – retail financial products.
    • Communication Skills - fluent in the local language & can read-write basic English
    • Equipped enough to read and understand the legal Certificates.
    • KYC norms/guidelines for secured loans
    • Credit Assessment/Appraisal.
    • Basic Computer knowledge (MS Office, Outlook) / Ease of technology usage (tablet)
