Role & Responsibilities
Team Management
- Recruit staff as per approved manpower plan
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of DMs and LMs to achieve business targets
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and skill development to improve team performance
- Monitor and minimize DM group attrition and enhance engagement and retention
Performance & Process Improvement
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business performance
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in sales and distribution
- Drive initiatives to achieve defined targets for branches meeting NB Budget and excellent ratings
- Implement recruitment and training programs for continuous team development
Operations Oversight
- Ensure adherence to budget targets for persistency, premium renewal, protection business, new business, and other metrics
- Minimize mis-selling complaints and ensure compliance with business standards
- Monitor active LM team size, LM Club members, and minimum business guarantees per sanctioned DM
Stakeholder Relations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders from operations, sales strategy, and training for execution of business operations
- Address stakeholder concerns and maintain effective communication channels
- Build and nurture strong relationships with DMs, LMs, and other internal teams
