Position Summary
The Deputy Project Manager Structure (Warehouse) will lead the execution and monitoring of all structural works for the warehouse and allied infrastructure at the MMLP Bengaluru project. The role involves ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, safety adherence, and effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams under the Bharatmala framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor structural works, including foundations, RCC, PEB structures, and industrial flooring.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, IS codes, QAP/ITP, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, QA/QC, Planning, Safety, and MEP teams.
- Track project milestones, manage resources, and maintain progress reporting (DPR).
- Verify contractor bills, control material reconciliation, and support commercial reviews.
- Identify risks, resolve site challenges, and ensure cost and time efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory); PG in Construction Management preferred.
- 1012 years of experience in industrial/warehouse/infrastructure projects.
- Strong exposure to PEB structures, large-span warehouses, RCC works, and industrial flooring.
- Experience in EPC/NHAI/Bharatmala projects preferred.
Key Skills
- Strong structural execution and coordination capability.
- Knowledge of IS codes and industrial construction standards.
- Basic proficiency in MS Project/Primavera.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
