Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kanpur for a Deputy Nursing Superintendent at Rama University. In this position, the Deputy Nursing Superintendent will oversee nursing operations, ensure adherence to medical protocols, and implement high standards of patient care. Responsibilities include managing nursing staff, training and mentoring, coordinating with healthcare teams, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and ensuring efficient resource utilization for seamless hospital operations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Nursing Services, Patient Care Management, and Team Supervision
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare Compliance, Infection Control, and Hospital Operations
- Competency in Staff Training, Mentorship, and Leadership skills
- Proficiency in Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (BSN/MSN) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in nursing or hospital administration
- Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and standards
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification, with up-to-date licensure
