Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Medical Superintendent, based in Patna. The Deputy Medical Superintendent will oversee hospital operations, ensuring optimal patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating with medical and administrative staff, monitoring healthcare services for quality and efficiency, managing hospital policies and protocols, and contributing to the implementation of strategies that enhance care delivery and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and oversee hospital operations effectively
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare management, regulatory standards, and compliance
• Proven experience in collaborating with medical professionals to improve clinical outcomes and hospital efficiency
• Exceptional communication skills, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving capabilities
• A medical degree (MBBS) and relevant qualifications in hospital or healthcare administration
• Ability to work in an on-site, high-paced environment and address challenges effectively
• Experience in multi-specialized hospital operations is preferred
