Deputy Manager | WIZ-Cloud Security|

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation, management, and monitoring of cloud security solutions using WIZ Cloud Security Platform.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability analyses, and risk evaluations to identify potential threats.
• Develop and enforce cloud security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, IT infrastructure, Compliance) to integrate security measures into cloud environments.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure for security breaches, incidents, and anomalies.
• Respond to security incidents, conduct forensic analysis, and manage incident reporting.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior security analysts and team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001) related to cloud security.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging cloud security trends, technologies, and threat landscapes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud security, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong hands-on experience with WIZ Cloud Security or similar cloud security platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in identifying and mitigating security threats.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, or similar are highly desirable.
• Experience with container security (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with security automation tools and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
