Deputy Manager with knowledge in Tech

REQUIRED IN KOLKATA

Expected Salary - Rs 3,00,000/- per annum.

Knowledge in Excel, AI and basic accounting Mandatory.

Operations of the Group Include: Transport, Infrastructure, Aviation (Chartering for Non - Scheduled Operations), Real Estate and Banquets.

Job Role Available: Deputy Manager, Operations & Administration role

Expected Salary Structure: Rupees 3-4 Lacs Per Annum.

What to expect: A direct extension of the Director, not a support function.

What does your role entail: Coordination with respect to all Operations, through use of proper communication Skills and Artificial Intelligence.

Responsibilities:

You will be expected to send a Daily and weekly report of the following: a. work completed, b. work pendingc. pending instructions. This is required for reviewing the work done and work planned and pending.

Communication:

Strong coordination across all group operations, using clear written and verbal communication with the Director, staff, vendors, and advisors.

Travel. You will be required to travel Inside and outside of the city.

You will be trained and expected to Monitor the Income Tax portal and compliance deadlines across group entities. Coordinating banking updates and vendor payment account reconciliation with the vendors. d. Maintaining and analyzing data in Excel/Google Sheets. Tracking court dates and legal filings via eCourts/High Court portals

Active daily use of AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, or similar). Usage of Artificial Intelligence is mandatory every step of the way: Including for the above stated works such as Daily Reports and every work that is done.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Must be based in Kolkata.
3. Strong Excel sheet Skills.
4. Regular, Hands on usage of AI.
5. Must have at least two years of uninterrupted job experience .
6. Basic Accounting and Finance.
