Formatted Job Description:
Basic Function:
- Managing FG inventories in warehouse
- Receiving FGs and storing in appropriate warehouse locations
- Maintaining inventory accuracy
- Dispatch of Finished Goods
- Coordination with CHA, transporters, and TPLs
Responsibility:
- Overall responsibility for Total VC Warehouse Operations
- Manage Domestic and Export Logistics for PA, Middle East, Nepal, SSA, and SAM Markets
- Handle Export Shipments under designated schemes as per Taxation Dept.
- Responsible for FG receipt from FPP Dept. as per PPC requirements
- Regularly review 3PL and transportation performance
- Ensure proper identification, handling, storage, and preservation of FG
- Handle GST-related documentation for dispatches
- Ensure optimum warehouse storage utilization
- Plan and coordinate logistics as per shipment load for all channels
- Optimize dispatch vehicle CBM
- Ensure adherence to WH SOPs and timely reviews
Cost Management & Safety:
- Participate in cost-saving projects
- Member of Safety Committee and ensure safe working environments
- Perform capacity analysis and prepare ACT for capex
- Handle audits and close open points:
- FM Global (Safety)
- ISO (Documentation)
- Internal Kohler Process Audits
- External PV (Inventory Accuracy)
- PWC (Documentation Audit)
- Monthly 5S/7S Audits (KOS Dept.)
People Management:
- Handle manpower across warehouse areas
- Approve WH staff leave
- Conduct GEMBA walks in internal and external areas
- Review Hold Payment list with HO SSC Team
- Create SRM and ensure timely bill passing
- Attend cross-functional meetings as required
Coordination & Compliance:
- Coordinate with HO Logistics for transport service and TRM review
- Ensure timely dispatch as per TAT norms
- Ensure finished goods dispatch per customer requirements
- Ensure compliance with LEXCARE Portal updates for exports
Authorities:
- Authorized signatory for all invoicing (Export, Domestic, Subcontracting, Scrap Sales)
- Approve material indent requests prior to SCM Head
- Approve staff leave
Reporting Relationship:
- Reports to Manager - Supply Chain
Internal Relationships:
- Production, QA, Stores, Order Fulfillment, Logistics
External Relationships:
- Sales and Marketing
- Production and Finished Goods Dept.
- NPD Platform Teams
- Distribution Center and Logistics
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience

Technical Proficiency:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel
