Implementation of Place for every part (PFEP).
- Responsible for Stores capacity analysis and Safety stock fixation as per ABC classification.
- Inventory Management and replenishing the stores safety stock as per the safety norms
- Cogi Monitoring & clearance.
- Cycle count process execution & stock adjustment with RCA.
- Responsible for Sub-contract reconciliation.
- Gate entry & GRN reconciliation.
- Responsible for RGP / RTV / MDR monitoring.
- Stock adherence for critical parts.
- On time stock posting in the system.
