Assist in the review of approved PR from user department; seek additional information if required from user for correctness & completeness of PR
Provide support in identifying the type and method of procurement (depending on type of material/ services to be procured, nature of PR (normal vs. emergency PR), stocks available, availability of rate contract, value, delivery timeline etc.)
Vendor identification and selection
Preparation of RFP and Issuance of Enquiries/ RFP
Evaluation of quotes.
Establishing reasonableness of the price/rates, etc.
Review of documents, RFP for completeness.
Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract/procurement status, compliance, modifications, etc.
Prepare the Contracts/Internal approvals
Placement of Purchase Orders/Work Orders/ Agreements after obtaining necessary approvals as per the prevailing company guideline.
Follow-up with vendors/ suppliers for various tender submissions/ delivery
Facilitate post award communication to vendors on contractual matters
Issue of amendments and closure orders.
Creation of SAP orders and associated co-ordination
Establish strategic partnerships with suppliers/ vendors of assigned category which will benefit company from a long-term perspective and effectively leverage them for value additions to business Expediting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic techno-commercial initiatives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Manage pricing strategies and contract negotiations to ensure profitability.
Assess and mitigate risks related to techno-commercial projects.
Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders on techno-commercial performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to inform business decisions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Support the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Qualifications
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree with experience in general procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
5 years of experience in the Aviation industry.
Demonstrated experience in managing techno-commercial aspects.
Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
