Role Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Lead at Godrej Properties Limited, your primary responsibility is to
attract, source, and recruit top talent to support our strategic goals and ensure our continued
growth in the real estate sector. You will lead the talent acquisition team, develop and
implement recruitment strategies, and foster relationships with key stakeholders to build a
robust talent pipeline that aligns with our company's values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to refine and improve the hiring process continually.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Talent Sourcing:
- Identify and utilize various sourcing channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Implement best practices for candidate engagement and communication.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expertise in sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth and effective recruitment processes.
- Recruitment Process Optimization:
- Continuously assess and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment practices.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote Godrej Properties as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to attract top talent.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to provide regular reports on hiring progress, time-to fill, cost-per-hire, and other key performance indicators.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to recruitment strategies.
Who are we looking for
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
