Job Description

This position will be based at Ahmednagar Factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.)

Designation: Deputy Manager – Stores Supervisor

Location: Ahmednagar

Qualification: B.Com, M.Com (Supply Chain / Stores)

Experience: 5 years to 10 years

Key Deliverables / Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)

  • Handle Shift Operations in Stores including People Management, Material Management & Transportation Management
  • Respond to Production requirements for a Project Business(ETO/MTO) with Agility and honour committed deadlines and resolve operational conflicts with collaboration and harmony.
  • Ensure Material Accounting with utmost care during Material Receipt , Material Issue and Material Dispatches.
  • Ensure Cycle count on daily basis for critical items
  • Meet Compliance requirement on GST, Safety,5S, DWM and world class warehouse practices.

Functional Competencies

  • Material Accounting & Cycle Count in Stores/ Warehouse Processes
  • SAP MM/WM & Office 365 knowledge including Advanced Excel, Power Query & Data Visualization.
  • GST compliance & Internal Control Awareness for Stores / Warehouse.
  • Exposure to MTO/ETO Project Environment with high number of SKUs
  • Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing Practices - 5S,Warehouse Safety, DWM
