1. Procurement & Vendor Management

Follow-up with suppliers
•
Issue purchase orders and track deliveries
•
Maintain supplier relationships and performance records
2. Inventory & Warehouse Management
•
Monitor stock levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
•
Prevent stock shortages or overstocking
•
Coordinate with warehouse teams for storage and dispatch
3. Planning & Coordination
•
Support demand forecasting and production planning & prepare indent
•
Align supply chain activities with sales and production teams
•
Prepare daily/weekly SCM reports
4. Compliance & Documentation
•
Maintain purchase, shipping, and inventory records
•
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
•
Handle invoices, GRNs, and related documentation

The primary objective of Stack Human Consultants is to shift the burden of managing the HR services to us so that the management can focus more towards managing bigger affairs and help in focusing more towards company expansion without any hindrance.
We provide HR services such as Recruitment, Onboarding and Induction, Confirmation, Exit Process, Policy Making / Policy Adherence, Documentation, Attendance and Payroll, Training and Employee Engagement in bulk and or some selective services as per the requirement. Our business model currently focuses more on Small/ Private companies with up to 90-100 employees for All services requirement. However, individual services can be availed without such restriction of number of employees.
